When placing an order with us, please note that full payment is required. You can conveniently make payments via phone, in-person at our bakery, or through our website.
We take immense pride in the quality of our bakery items and cakes. If, by any chance, you are not entirely satisfied with your order or purchase, kindly notify Keke Cakes and Desserts within 24 hours of pickup and return the dessert. We will promptly issue a credit for the returned amount, which you can use for a future purchase. Refunds will be processed as a credit to your original credit card or provided as an in-store credit, with processing times of up to five business days. To facilitate the return of merchandise, please ensure you retain the purchase receipt.
Our skilled decorators at Keke Cakes and Desserts make every effort to match your requested color or design. However, please understand that certain limitations exist, such as the potential for icing to fade due to light and temperature variations, making an exact color match unattainable. Likewise, while we strive to faithfully replicate requested drawings, we may encounter constraints due to the nature of the product. In some cases, minor cropping may be necessary to fit the image onto the cake or available space. Furthermore, please note that we do not print copyright-protected or explicit images; our image printing adheres to what is provided by the client.
